Bryan Schwartz Law, P.C. Welcomes Attorney Eduard Meleshinsky to the Oakland-Based Civil Rights, Employment Law Firm

July 21, 2015, Oakland – Bryan Schwartz Law, P.C. is pleased to welcome Eduard Meleshinsky to the firm as an Associate Attorney. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Meleshinsky was a Berkeley Law Public Interest Fellow with the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights of the San Francisco Bay Area (LCCR), where he specialized in helping individuals overcome barriers to opportunity in education and in the workplace.

Mr. Meleshinsky is a 2014 graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (“Boalt Hall”). As a law student, Mr. Meleshinsky served as co-Director of the Legal Aid Society-Employment Law Center’s Workers’ Rights Clinic, which provides free legal services to low-wage employees in the Bay Area. Mr. Meleshinsky also served as a full-time extern to the Honorable Judge Lucy H. Koh of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. During his Employee Justice Fellowship at Bryan Schwartz Law, P.C., he worked on a wide variety of employment law matters on behalf of employees. In addition, he has interned at the East Bay Community Law Center’s Neighborhood Justice Clinic, a non-profit organization dedicated to directly assisting underrepresented populations.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Meleshinsky was Director of Renters’ Legal Assistance, a student service group at the University of California, Berkeley dedicated to vindicating and advancing tenants’ rights. He obtained a B.A. in Philosophy and Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley in 2011.
