July 9, 2012, Oakland – Bryan Schwartz Law, P.C. is proud to announce that Principal Bryan Schwartz and Associate Hillary Benham-Baker have been selected as Northern California Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” for 2012. Mr. Schwartz and Ms. Benham-Baker were both previously selected as “Rising Stars” in 2011.
No more than the top 2.5 percent of the lawyers in California are named by Super Lawyers as “Rising Stars.” Northern California Super Lawyers is published annually in August in a special advertising section in San Francisco Magazine, which reaches more than 400,000 monthly readers. Each year, Super Lawyers undertakes a rigorous multi-phase selection process for “Rising Stars” that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, independent evaluation of candidates by the Law & Politics’ attorney-led research staff, and a good-standing and disciplinary check.
