The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission approved a class settlement that changed the medical clearance system to end illegal discrimination in the U.S. Foreign Service against people with mental health conditions or other disabilities, such as MS. The settlement provides more than 100 employment opportunities for disabled applicants, as well as a $37.5 million payment to class members. Read the full story here.
