Elon Musk’s Tesla racism lawsuit gains support of 240 black workers saying ‘Me Too’

Marcus Vaughn, a former Black assembly line staffer at Tesla, has filed a request to add nearly 240 other workers to his 2017 lawsuit against the company, claiming racial discrimination and a hostile work environment. The request for class-action status is supported by sworn statements from other Black former employees and contractors who claim racist graffiti and slurs were present in the workplace.
