A California judge has tentatively ruled that nearly 6,000 Black workers at Tesla’s California factory can sue the carmaker collectively over claims of racism. The lawsuit, filed by Tesla employee Marcus Vaughn in 2017, alleges a hostile work environment with racial slurs and unaddressed complaints. Tesla denies wrongdoing.
