Bryan Schwartz Law, P.C. Principal Honored by Super Lawyers, Lawdragon, and Daily Journal, citing “Blockbuster” Class Certification

June 30, 2022, Oakland – Bryan Schwartz Law, P.C. is proud to announce that, for the eighth year in a row, its principal has again been named one of the Top 75 Labor & Employment Lawyers in California by the Daily Journal. For the twelfth consecutive year, Bryan Schwartz has also been honored as a top practitioner by Northern California Super Lawyers magazine. Lawdragon also recently recognized Schwartz again as one of the top 500 leading plaintiff employment and civil rights lawyers in the country.

Bryan Schwartz’s Daily Journal honor ranks him among the elite labor and employment attorneys in California, and no more than the five percent of lawyers in California are named “Super Lawyers.” Lawdragon states that its list was created through nominations and independent journalistic research vetted by peers and adversaries.

The Daily Journal publishes a feature explaining the special accomplishments leading to each lawyer’s selection, after extensive independent research by the newspaper’s reporting staff. This year, the Daily Journal described Schwartz’s recent class certification win for a class of more than 10,000 U.S. government workers with disabilities due to discriminatory medical clearance denials, calling it just one of Schwartz’s “potential blockbusters.”
