Samuel L. Goldsmith is an Associate at Bryan Schwartz Law, focusing on employment discrimination, whistleblower, and wage and hour claims. Prior to joining Bryan Schwartz Law, Mr. Goldsmith served as a law clerk to the Honorable Laura A. Cordero of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia from 2016 through 2018.
While in law school, Mr. Goldsmith served as Editor-in-Chief for the Georgetown Journal of Law and Modern Critical Race Perspectives. He served as a student attorney in the Institute for Public Representation: Civil Rights Division, where he handled employment matters. He was also a full-time extern at the Sexual Assault Legal Institute in Silver Spring, Maryland, where he assisted survivors of sexual violence with several aspects of their legal needs, including in employment.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Goldsmith taught English as a foreign language in Istanbul, Turkey. He has a bachelor’s degree in jazz composition from New York University.
