A Racism Lawsuit Against Tesla Is Gaining Momentum in California

Tesla asked the appeals court in California to force ex-employee Marcus Vaughn to resolve his claims through private arbitration, blocking him from seeking class-action status to represent other workers. Vaughn is trying to add more than 100 workers to his lawsuit from 2017, calling Tesla’s production floor a “hotbed for racist behavior.” Read the full article on Bloomberg.
