Bryan Schwartz Law, P.C. Attorneys Honored by Daily Journal and Super Lawyers Magazine
July 12, 2019, Oakland – Bryan Schwartz Law, P.C. is proud to announce that its principal has again been named one of the Top 75 Labor & Employment Lawyers in California by the Daily Journal. For the ninth consecutive year, Bryan Schwartz has also been honored as a top practitioner by Northern California Super Lawyers magazine. Bryan Schwartz Law, P.C. senior associates Rachel Terp and Eduard Meleshinsky were named “Rising Stars” by Super Lawyers.
Bryan Schwartz’s Daily Journal honor ranks him among the elite labor and employment attorneys in California, and no more than the five percent of lawyers in California are named “Super Lawyers.” The Daily Journal publishes a feature explaining the special accomplishments leading to each lawyer’s selection, after extensive independent research by the newspaper’s reporting staff. This year, the Daily Journal focused on Schwartz’s persistence in fighting corporations even after they invoke individual arbitration clauses- companies should be careful what they wish for, when it comes to invoking arbitration against Schwartz’s clients.
Terp and Meleshinksy’s selections as “Rising Stars” place them within the top 2.5 percent of the newer attorneys in California. Super Lawyers undertakes a rigorous, multi-phase selection process for these distinctions that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, independent evaluation of candidates by researchers, and a good-standing and disciplinary check.
Attorney Bryan Schwartz opened the practice in January 2009.
