PRESS RELEASE

Bryan Schwartz Law, P.C. Attorneys Honored by Daily Journal and Super Lawyers Magazine

July 5, 2017, Oakland – Bryan Schwartz Law, P.C. is proud to announce that its principal has again been named one of the Top 75 Labor & Employment Lawyers in California by the Daily Journal. For the seventh consecutive year, Bryan Schwartz has also been honored as a top practitioner by Northern California Super Lawyers magazine. Bryan Schwartz Law, P.C. associate Rachel Terp has also been named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers.

Bryan Schwartz’s Daily Journal honor ranks him well within the top one percent of labor and employment attorneys in California, and no more than the five percent of lawyers in California are named “Super Lawyers.” The Daily Journal publishes a feature explaining the special accomplishments leading to each lawyer’s selection, after extensive independent research by the newspaper’s reporting staff.

Rachel Terp’s selection as a ”Rising Star” places her within the top 2.5 percent of the newer attorneys in California. Super Lawyers undertakes a rigorous, multi-phase selection process for these distinctions that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, independent evaluation of candidates by researchers, and a good-standing and disciplinary check.

Attorney Bryan Schwartz opened the practice in January 2009. Bryan Schwartz Law, P.C. is dedicated to continuing the struggle for civil rights and equality of employment opportunity and helping Americans from every background to achieve their highest career potential. The firm has recovered tens of millions of dollars in individual, class, and collective actions involving discrimination and retaliation, harassment, denied disability accommodations, whistleblower reprisal, wage and hour violations, Federal employees’ rights, and severance negotiations.
