SF Chronicle: Mills College, Northeastern Settle Student Suit for $1.25M

A judge has approved a preliminary settlement of $1.25 million for over 400 former students of Mills College in Oakland. The lawsuit, filed by Mr. Schwartz, claims that the students were misled and experienced certain hardships related to the merging of Mills College and Northeastern University.
