Judge Approves $1.25M Settlement for Former Students of Mills College in Oakland

A $1.25 settlement has been approved by the Alameda County Superior Court for former students of Mills College in Oakland. Attorney Bryan Schwartz represented the students in the class action lawsuit, which claimed that the students were misled when Mills College, a formerly all-women’s school, merged with coed Northeastern University.
