Job Description

Bryan Schwartz Law is one of the top plaintiffs’-side employment law firms in California dedicated to helping employees protect their rights in the workplace. We are looking for a detail-oriented, dedicated candidate with a strong commitment to social justice to join our growing firm for this exciting career opportunity. Our firm is a small, tight- knit team, and Senior Associates work closely with the firm’s principal and other attorneys and staff on their ongoing cases and will be responsible for their own caseload as well. Job duties include conducting all phases of representation to workers in discrimination, whistleblower, wage/hour, and other individual, collective, and class litigation, from intake through complaint filing, discovery, trial, appeal, and resolution.

A Senior Associate has a demonstrated ability to work largely independently and to take roles managing projects on cases. A Senior Associate is seeking to rise into leadership roles in the firm, helping associates and staff throughout the day, preparing to take a role in firm administration, and able to step up when the firm’s principal is not available.

Desired Skills & Experience

Excellent work ethic, research, writing, and interpersonal skills are mandatory. Solid references and high academic qualifications sought. Judicial clerkship experience and diverse backgrounds are highly valued. Experience in employment litigation and foreign language skills are a plus!

Position Type

Senior Associate is a full-time position for an attorney with a JD, admittance to the California Bar, and 5+ years of legal experience.

Pay

From $125,000/year plus possibility of bonuses and increases
