Case Summary

In this wage and hour class and collective action, Plaintiffs Bruce Ford, Joseph Harvard, and Sandy Huser have alleged that they and other proposed Class Members are and were misclassified as exempt employees while working as Appraisers, and they have sought overtime, compensation for missed meal and rest periods, reimbursement for expenses, interest and penalties thereon, liquidated damages, and injunctive and other equitable relief, as well as reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs. On September 9, 2015, the Superior Court in Marin County granted preliminary approval of a class-wide settlement of the wage and hour claims asserted in this suit.
