Cassidy Clark


Cassidy Clark is an Associate at Bryan Schwartz Law. She was the inaugural recipient of the Joseph V. Kaplan Workers’ Rights Fellowship, intended to train recent law school graduates dedicated to worker justice.

Ms. Clark graduated from UC Berkeley School of Law with a Public Interest and Social Justice certificate. While in law school, Ms. Clark served as the President of If/When/How: Lawyering for Reproductive Justice and a board member of the Reproductive Justice Project.

She served as a student advocate at the East Bay Community Law Center’s Health and Welfare Clinic, representing people with disabilities in public benefits appeals.

She was a law clerk at Equal Rights Advocates, where she assisted people who experienced sex discrimination at the workplace and at school. She also served as a law clerk at a plaintiff-side employment law firm in Oakland.

She volunteered with the Name and Gender Change Workshop, a student-run program assisting transgender community members with the legal name and gender change process.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Clark was engaged in legal aid and social justice work in Washington, D.C., Boston, and Ithaca, New York. She holds a bachelor’s degree in History from Cornell University.
