NOVEMBER 12, 2020 – Bryan Schwartz Law, P.C. is excited to announce that Jennifer Reisch, a recognized leader in the field of workplace justice advocacy and labor and employment litigation, has joined the firm as Of Counsel.

After graduating from Berkeley Law and becoming the inaugural Public Interest Law Fellow at Public Advocates, Jennifer spent over a decade in private practice, where she represented workers in employment, labor, and human rights cases. From 2012 to 2020, Jennifer was the Legal Director of Equal Rights Advocates (ERA), a national non-profit legal organization dedicated to advancing gender justice and expanding opportunities for women and girls in education and employment. She has served as counsel to scores of clients throughout California and across the country, helping individuals and organizations to challenge and hold institutions accountable for discrimination, harassment, wage theft, unequal pay, retaliation, and other unfair and unlawful policies and practices, receiving numerous honors for her work.

 In addition to her accomplishments as a litigator, Jennifer has played an instrumental role in passing and implementing some of the strongest and most innovative pay equity and anti-sexual harassment laws in the country. She also has taught courses of her own design at U.C. Hastings College of Law and University of San Francisco School of Law, and will teach a new class on issues facing Low Wage Workers in California at U.C. Irvine School of Law in January 2021.
