New Hire: Summer Associate Lilith Gamer

Bryan Schwartz Law, P.C. Hires Lilith Gamer as a Summer Associate

May 24, 2021, Oakland, CA: Bryan Schwartz Law, P.C. is pleased to announce that Lilith Gamer received the 2021 Employee Justice Summer Clerkship from the Foundation for Advocacy, Inclusion & Resources (FAIR). Lilith joins the firm as a Summer Associate.

A student at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, Lilith has served as a co-leader of La Alianza Workers’ and Tenants’ Rights Clinic, which partners with the nonprofit Centro Legal de la Raza to provide free legal service to Oakland’s Spanish speaking community. Lilith also advocated for low-income consumers at the East Bay Community Law Center’s Consumer Justice Clinic, advising clients on debt collection, predatory lending, and consumer scams under attorney supervision.

Prior to attending law school, Lilith graduated summa cum laude from the University of Colorado, Boulder, with degrees in political science and Spanish. As the daughter of two public librarians, Lilith recognized from an early age the importance of community service, care, and support. She has since focused her extracurriculars towards this end – volunteering at libraries, interning for her local Congressman, and traveling to Tijuana, Mexico to advise asylum seekers on their credible fear interviews.

Attorney Bryan Schwartz opened the practice in January 2009. Bryan Schwartz Law, P.C. is dedicated to continuing the struggle for civil rights and equality of employment opportunity and helping Americans from every background to achieve their highest career potential. The firm focuses on individual, class, and collective actions involving discrimination and retaliation, harassment, denied disability accommodations, whistleblower reprisal, wage and hour violations, federal employees’ rights, and severance negotiations.
