Bryan Schwartz Law, P.C. and U.S. Office of Special Counsel Resolve Complaint on Behalf of IRS Whistleblower

February 8, 2012, Oakland – Bryan Schwartz Law, P.C. represented whistleblower Charles Adelberg concerning his whistleblower complaint against the U.S. Internal Revenue Service. After an investigation, the U.S. Office of Special Counsel (OSC), which is charged with protecting against whistleblower retaliation against federal government employees, became involved on Mr. Adelberg’s behalf, in cooperation with Bryan Schwartz Law, P.C. Ultimately, the OSC Complaint was voluntarily resolved in a confidential agreement acceptable to both parties.
