Un abogado inteligente y tenaz, Bryan Schwartz ha representado los intereses de sus clientes ante varios cuerpos adjudicativos, del juzgado distrito de los Estados Unidos, al juzgado estatal de California, a la Comisión para la Igualdad de Oportunidades en el Empleo, al Merit Systems Protection Board, al Departamento del Trabajo, a arbitraje ante la American Arbitration Association y otras organizaciones.
